These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TeamCraft AI workflow automation platform ("Service") operated by TeamCraft AI ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

TeamCraft AI is a workflow automation platform that enables teams to design, execute, and monitor business workflows using a visual canvas builder.
The platform includes AI-powered automation nodes, integration connectors, scheduling, reporting, and team collaboration features.
We provide the platform on an "as-is" basis and continuously improve it. Features may be added, modified, or deprecated with reasonable notice.

2. Account Terms

Access to TeamCraft AI is invite-only. You must receive an invitation from an administrator or existing team member to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and authentication tokens.
You must provide accurate information during registration. Accounts registered with false information may be terminated.
You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use the service.
One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one account without prior written approval.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use TeamCraft AI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You may not use the platform to process, store, or transmit data that violates applicable laws or regulations.
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service, other accounts, or related systems.
You may not use the platform to send unsolicited communications, distribute malware, or conduct denial-of-service attacks.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the platform software.
You may not resell or redistribute access to the platform without written authorization.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of your workflow definitions, configurations, data, and any content you create within the platform.
We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your workflows, data, or outputs generated by your automations.
The TeamCraft AI platform, including its code, design, branding, and documentation, is the intellectual property of TeamCraft AI and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of operating the service on your behalf.

5. Limitation of Liability

TeamCraft AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
In no event shall TeamCraft AI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability. In such cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through the Settings > Privacy page or by contacting support.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days to allow for data export, after which it will be permanently deleted.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

7. Data Handling

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, rate limiting, and access controls.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with any data protection regulations applicable to your organization.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 30 days in advance.
Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
If you disagree with the modified Terms, you may terminate your account before they take effect.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, followed by binding arbitration if necessary.
The prevailing party in any dispute shall be entitled to recover reasonable legal fees.
